Job Description
Role Summary The Site Lead serves as the senior on-site manager responsible for overall execution of aircraft corrosion control and maintenance support services. This individual provides leadership, technical oversight, quality control, and coordination with Government stakeholders to ensure all contract requirements are met. This is a full-time five (5) year contract position with benefits available. Worksite is MCAS New River, NC. Primary Responsibilities Provide management, direction, and administration of all contractor personnel and subcontractors Oversee daily operations for aircraft cleaning, washing, and corrosion control services Ensure quality control and compliance with contract requirements, including the Quality Control Plan (QCP) Serve as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Government stakeholders Lead project management activities, including: Monthly Status Reports (MSR) Technical Status Meetings Project Management Plan (PMP) execution Ensure all maintenance and documentation complies with:
NAVAIR/NAMP
requirements Applicable technical directives and SOPs Coordinate work priorities with Maintenance Control and Aviation Maintenance Officers Ensure personnel qualifications, certifications, and training compliance Maintain safety, tool control, and hazardous material compliance. Required Qualifications U.S. Citizen Minimum 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience, preferrable on following platforms: MV-22, CH-53, andUH-1Y/AH-1Z
Strong leadership and supervisory capability Minimum 5 years of experience managing aviation maintenance teams Ability to interface effectively with Government personnel Familiarity with quality assurance and inspection programsPay:
