Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily electrical maintenance activities, ensuring reliable power distribution systems, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong electrical troubleshooting expertise, power distribution knowledge, and PLC programming/troubleshooting experience. No degree is required — we value proven hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise, schedule, and mentor a team of electrical maintenance technicians. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical issues including motors, drives, controls, and instrumentation. Manage plant power distribution systems (low and medium voltage), including transformers, switchgear, and panelboards. Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent), HMIs, and related automation systems. Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards (NFPA 70E, OSHA, NEC). Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations. Lead root cause analysis for electrical failures and implement corrective actions. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong electrical background with proven troubleshooting skills on industrial equipment. Hands-on experience with power distribution systems. Solid experience with PLCs , ladder logic, and industrial controls. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred (or strong demonstrated leadership skills). High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications (e.g., Journeyman Electrician) a plus. Preferred Skills Knowledge of VFDs, servo drives, and robotics. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools (5S, TPM). Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Fiix, UpKeep).
