Reliability Lead:
Responsible for ensuring the mechanical and electrical integrity of the ownedequipment and driving 'planned work' to avoid component breakdowns Develop and implement standardized processes and tools for effective handling of defects, ensuring proper execution. Oversee and follow up with operators to ensure proper handling of defects, and support in problem-solving to prevent breakdowns. Define and execute standards for Breakdown Elimination (BDE), presenting breakdown status regularly at team meetings. Monitor repair paths, determine planned maintenance needs, and prioritize/schedule maintenance activities while maintaining constant communication with the maintenance department for area priorities. Experienced leader with a focus on team coaching and a strong ability to navigate complex situations. Proficient in maintenance processes, showcasing analytical skills, organizational abilities, and an inclination towards Lean Manufacturing principles. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including defect identification/fixing, completion rates of work orders, downtime events frequency/duration, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), employee engagement through Pulse check surveys, and other KPIs aligned with Lean Production System (LPS) principles.
