Description Job Overview:
Marvin Composites is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor at our Fargo, ND location. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in guiding the Maintenance Department across all shifts. This position involves assigning tasks, setting goals, coordinating improvements, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Success in this role means leading with purpose

Highlights of your role:
  • Oversee maintenance operations across all shifts, ensuring timely response to equipment needs and project deadlines.
  • Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements to support safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor team, building bench strength and supporting professional development.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production support needs.
  • Manage and coordinate external vendors and contractors, ensuring all work meets safety and compliance requirements
  • Lead departmental initiatives including 5S, safety programs, and continuous improvement efforts. You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Associate degree in a technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency with EAM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Experience managing vendors and contractors. Also want to make sure you have:
  • Leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills.
