Responsibilities:

• Operate small equipment to clear snow and ice from entryways, sidewalks, and other designated areas
• Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient snow removal
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing techniques as necessary
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including time spent on each job and materials used
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating snow equipment is preferred
• Knowledge of proper snow removal techniques and safety procedures
• Ability to work in cold and challenging weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
