This individual will supervise maintenance technicians, drive preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives, troubleshoot equipment issues, and work closely with production teams to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians. Prioritize and assign daily maintenance activities. Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment issues. Minimize downtime through effective root cause analysis and corrective actions. Partner with operations to improve equipment reliability and plant performance. Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently. Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility. Maintain accurate maintenance records within the CMMS system. Qualifications 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. 2+ years of experience supervising or leading maintenance technicians. Strong electrical troubleshooting experience, including 480V 3-phase motor control systems. Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Working knowledge of CMMS systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting experience. Ammonia refrigeration experience. Experience in food, beverage, dairy, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing. Familiarity with fillers, conveyors, compressors, blow molders, and packaging equipment
