Service Manager

Responsibilities Oversee scheduling, coordination, and execution of commercial roofing service and repair work, including maintenance, leak repairs, inspections, and warranty items. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to quality standards. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing clear communication and effective service solutions. Prepare estimates, proposals, and maintenance agreements while identifying opportunities for additional work. Lead and support service crews by promoting safety, accountability, and high-quality workmanship. Maintain accurate job tracking, reporting, and coordination with Operations, Sales, and Accounting teams. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, sheet metal, or building envelope services. Previous experience managing service operations, field crews, or repair projects. Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, leak detection, repair methods, and preventative maintenance. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and service documentation. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally as needed. Pay:

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
