Job Purpose and ImpactThe Maintenance Superintendent will supervise and execute the deployment of overall leading maintenance practices aligned to production needs. In this role, you will lead a team that executes routine complex activities to maintain and improve capacity utilization and quality standards realized through reliable operations across the region. Key AccountabilitiesDevelop preventive maintenance programs.

Coordinate and integrates with other plant functions to ensure support.

Ensure work is performed following safety guidelines to ensure health and wellbeing of employees.

Resolve maintenance priorities based on established plans and assigns tasks.

Oversee maintenance activities to ensure that disruption to production is minimized.

Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceProficient in PSM (process safety management)Has an Ammonia Refrigeration Systems Certification - Operator Level 22 years of supervisory experience Preferred QualificationsAbility to read & interpret detail blueprints, P&IDs, single-lines, ladder logic and wiring schematicsSAP experienceBoiler experienceRendering experienceWilling to be a part of the Hazmat teamWilling to obtain class 2 Nebraska wastewater license within 12 months.
