Full-Time Position Overview We are hiring a Maintenance Reliability Coordinator to lead and optimize maintenance operations across grain and agronomy facilities. This role is responsible for implementing and managing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), improving equipment reliability and driving efficiency through strategic maintenance initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation and management of CMMS (Dekra) to improve maintenance effectiveness Develop and standardize maintenance and reliability processes and metrics Analyze equipment performance and conduct root cause failure analysis Identify and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency Coach and train personnel on maintenance systems, inspections and job plans Support preventative maintenance programs and scheduling Collaborate with operations, maintenance teams and leadership Prepare reports, documentation and process improvements Maintain a safe, organized and efficient work environment Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred 3+ years of related experience in maintenance, reliability or industrial/agriculture operations Experience working with agricultural commodities or material handling equipment preferred Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CMMS systems, etc.) Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments Valid driver's license required Physical Requirements Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally Combination of sitting, standing and walking throughout the day Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling and climbing Ability to work in various environments including outdoor conditions, heights, dust and machinery Work Environment Grain and agronomy facilities Indoor and outdoor work settings Exposure to moving equipment, dust and varying weather conditions Why Apply?
