About Jensen TireAuto Since 1973, Jensen TireAuto has been a trusted name in automotive service throughout the Omaha Metropolitan area. With 23 locations and growing, we take pride in providing honest, high-quality automotive care while building lasting relationships with our customers. We're looking for a motivated Service Manager to lead day-to-day service operations, mentor technicians, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Oversee daily service operations and ensure efficient workflow across all bays. Supervise and support technicians and service advisors to maintain top-quality workmanship and productivity. Manage customer interactions, ensuring clear communication of repair recommendations, estimates, and warranties. Monitor performance metrics such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, taking action when improvements are needed. Maintain compliance with company policies, MAP (Motorist Assurance Program) guidelines, and all safety and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.) Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control. Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a customer-first culture. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in automotive service management or related leadership role. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage workflow, meet deadlines, and exceed customer expectations. Valid driver's license required. ASE Service Consultant (C1) or equivalent certification preferred. Degree or training in Automotive Technology, Business Management, or related field a plus.
