Job Description

Attitash Village is seeking a hands-on Interior Maintenance Project Manager to lead daily maintenance operations across resort units, common areas, and related properties. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, schedule, and support the Interior Maintenance team Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs Oversee renovation, repair, and maintenance projects from estimate through completion Manage vendors, contractors, purchasing, project costs, and budgets Communicate effectively with guests, owners, HOAs, and internal departments Ensure quality workmanship, safety, accountability, and resort standards Provide weekend, holiday, and on-call support as needed Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience in facilities, property maintenance, construction, hospitality, or a related field Strong knowledge of carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems Experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, vendors, and job costs Proven leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Resort and employee discounts Join a team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining one of the Mount Washington Valley's premier resort communities

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
