MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Roll Forming Manufacturing | Northeastern U.S. Up to $25,000 Relocation Assistance Available Do You Know Roll Forming Equipment? Anyone can repair production equipment. We're looking for someone who knows how to make it perform better. We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager with a background in roll-forming, metal-forming, tube mill, coil processing, or similar manufacturing equipment . Our client is a well-established manufacturer of cold-formed steel building products with multiple manufacturing facilities across the United States. Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at one of their manufacturing facilities in the Northeastern United States . You'll join the plant leadership team and work closely with the Plant Manager to improve equipment reliability, maximize machine uptime, and support investments in new equipment and manufacturing improvements. For qualified candidates, relocation assistance of up to $25,000 is available. What You'll Be Doing Lead maintenance operations for a busy manufacturing facility. Maximize equipment uptime through preventive maintenance and effective troubleshooting. Improve manufacturing equipment reliability and overall plant performance. Lead, coach, and develop a small maintenance team. Manage preventive maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and maintenance purchasing. Partner with Plant Leadership to support equipment upgrades and manufacturing improvements. Foster a safe, accountable, and proactive maintenance culture. What We're Looking For Experience maintaining roll-forming, metal-forming, tube mill, coil processing, or similar manufacturing equipment. Previous experience leading or supervising maintenance personnel in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with industrial manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Hands-on experience with welding, machining, lathes, presses, grinders, and general fabrication equipment. Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs while improving equipment reliability and machine uptime. Knowledge of industrial safety practices, including machine guarding and lockout/tagout procedures. Experience maintaining and optimizing multi-pass roll-forming equipment or similar metal-forming machinery is strongly preferred. Why Join?
