Job Description

Full-Time Maintenance Lead/Forman Location:
Nashua Commercial property management company located in Nashua, NH. We own, manage and maintain mill properties in Nashua. We do our own in house maintenance and take pride in delivering high quality service across our portfolio. We are currently seeking a well-rounded and dependable Lead/Foreman to join our team. This person should be a self-starter and motivated. Must have the ability to receive instruction and effectively relay instructions to the crew while making sure they stay motivated and on task.
Position Details Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Overtime:
Available as needed
On-Call:
Rotating schedule for after-hours emergencies (nights & weekends) Key Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and repairs which could include the following: o Carpentry o Painting o Masonry/cement work o Electrical o Roofing o Plumbing Some experience in troubleshooting and repairing issues related to: HVAC systems Fire sprinkler systems Plumbing systems Electrical systems Maintain property grounds, which includes: Landscaping Asphalt repair General cleaning of the facilities, inside and out Snow removal-which could include plowing, shoveling, salting and snow removal after storm General upkeep of the facilities, inside and out Qualifications Experience in at least one or more of the building trades is required (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to receive direction from the maintenance supervisor and complete the assignment Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks (climbing, bending, kneeling, etc.) What We Offer Competitive pay (negotiable and based on experience) Stable, full-time position with a locally owned company Opportunity to work on a wide range of maintenance tasks in-house We handle approximately 90% of all maintenance internally, offering hands-on, varied work for skilled technicians.

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
