We are looking for a reliable Property Maintenance Technician / Superintendent to maintain residential properties in East Orange, NJ. Responsibilities include cleaning front and back hallways, maintaining front and back yards, trash and recycling removal, lawn care, leaf cleanup, snow removal, and performing minor repairs. The candidate must be able to respond to maintenance requests and emergency situations when needed.Requirements:
