Flemington, NJ Salary:
$25.00- $32.00/hour | Full-Time (40 hrs./week) | Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM
- 4:00 PM | On-Call Rotation As part of our commitment to attracting and retaining great people, for this position, we are offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over your first year of employment.
You bring:
5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision. HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing. Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance. Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems. Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 50 minutes for on-call emergencies. High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred). How You'll Make an Impact As a Maintenance Supervisor at Conifer Realty, you'll: Lead and train maintenance staff to uphold Conifer's quality and safety standards. Manage work orders, make-ready units, and preventive maintenance schedules Coordinate with the Community Manager on budgets, inspections, and resident care. Ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations. Assist with repairs, groundskeeping, and seasonal tasks when needed. Why Conifer?
