This energetic role involves ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the properties by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks The ideal candidate will bring a strong mechanical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities to keep our facilities running smoothly and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the quality of our living or working environments while working in a dynamic team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, plumbing and unit turnovers. Conduct residential painting, and other finishing tasks to maintain property aesthetics. Ensure work is completed safely and to quality standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Coordinate with residents or tenants to address service requests promptly while providing excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility policies during all maintenance activities. Complete checklist and punchlist for unit turnovers Manage renovation between move and move out Qualifications basic plumbing and electrical and mechanical experience, good with spackle painting and vinyl flooring, positive attitude and ability to problem, solve and get things done!! Must have a reliable work van or truck
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
