QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a current Certified Educational Facilities Manager (CEFM) certificate. High school diploma is required. A college degree is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years' experience in school maintenance and custodial operations preferred. Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a school district or facility. Must possess a valid Driver's License with evidence of a safe driving record. Experience managing construction projects is required. Possess New Jersey Black Seal Low Pressure Fireman's license. Possess knowledge of commercial cleaning and equipment, landscaping and athletic fields, maintenance of HVAC and grounds care and maintenance. Possess knowledge of building codes, state and federal OSHA and environmental codes. Knowledge of Buildings and Grounds, Health and Safety, Fire, Construction, and Safety Codes. Possess high level of knowledge of computer systems and technology. Experience in planning and development, safety, project management, inventory, budgeting, and personnel management are required.
