Second Shift Maintenance Manager - Food Manufacturing Bergen County, NJ $100,000-$140,000 + Benefits Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM-1:30 AM A growing food manufacturing client is seeking a hands-on Second Shift Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a highly automated production facility. This is an opportunity to take ownership of shift performance, develop a strong technical team, and directly improve equipment uptime, reliability, and production results. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop the second-shift maintenance team. Coordinate preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and daily work assignments. Troubleshoot industrial electrical, mechanical, automation, and robotic systems. Improve CMMS execution, equipment reliability, MTBF, and MTTR. Partner with Production and Engineering to reduce downtime. Maintain strong safety, GMP, sanitation, LOTO, and OSHA standards. Manage contractors, vendors, spare parts, and shift handoffs. What We're Looking For Maintenance leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge. Experience with automation, robotics, packaging, freezing, cooking, or food-processing equipment. Proven ability to lead technicians and manage competing maintenance priorities. Food or beverage manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. What's in It for You Competitive salary of $100,000-$140,000 . Benefits package. Consistent Monday-Friday schedule.
