Job Description

Maintenance Coordinator Gervin Management is seeking a highly organized and motivated Maintenance Coordinator to oversee our Maintenance Department and support a team of 10-15 maintenance technicians. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Maintenance Department. Assign, dispatch, and track work orders from start to completion. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of work. Communicate directly with vendors and homeowners regarding scheduling, service updates, and quality control. Supervise, schedule, and support a team of 10-15 maintenance staff. Monitor work order progress and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain accurate records of work orders, vendor communications, and maintenance activities. Provide updates as necessary to property managers regarding maintenance operations. Assist in developing and improving department procedures to increase efficiency and service quality. Respond to maintenance emergencies and prioritize urgent work as needed. Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Highly organized with strong time management skills. Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations professionally. Experience in property management is a plus.
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
