The Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities include collaborating closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable facility and equipment operations that support production goals. This role oversees daily maintenance activities, preventive maintenance programs, equipment repairs, utility systems, regulatory compliance, inventory management, and emergency response while fostering a collaborative, safety-focused work environment and maintaining product quality and food safety standards.Pay Range:
$120k- $125k per year

Inquire about shift availabilityEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily maintenance activities across all shifts.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and support emergency equipment repairs.
- Partner with production to ensure the reliable operation of equipment and utility systems.
- Monitor, maintain, and coordinate repairs for refrigeration, potable water, and wastewater treatment systems, including required regulatory sampling and testing.
- Conduct safety audits, prioritize corrective actions, and promote a safe workplace.
- Maintain maintenance inventory and ensure adequate spare parts and supplies.
- Evaluate equipment and maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Provide on-call support for maintenance emergencies as needed.
- Promote company values, teamwork, effective communication, and a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards, including SQF and HACCP.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance leadership or management experience.
- Experience in a food manufacturing or food production environment.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, industrial equipment, refrigeration, utility systems, and wastewater operations.
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality systems, including SQF and HACCP.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as required.
