Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Contract Support Analyst to support our data center team. You will oversee multi-million dollar vendor contracts and oversee key facilities across New Jersey and New York. In this regional role, you will be the operational backbone for major data centers in Princeton, NJ, Dayton, NJ, Totowa, NJ, Piscataway, NJ, and Orangeburg, NY. You will primarily work at the site closest to you with minor travel to the other sites . This role combines team leadership with financial mastery. You will manage everyday office tasks. You will also guide financial tracking for one of our great CBRE accounts
What You'll Do:
  • Prepare advanced agreements for contracted services. This includes preparing new contracts, renewals, and amendments.
  • Oversee compliance procedures and facility maintenance requirements with vendors.
  • Review identified safety, operational, and maintenance issues. Confirm scheduled support for special facility maintenance and repair projects.
  • Approve maintenance billing invoices and projects as per contracted agreements. Ensure consistent delivery of core operational and financial outputs on the account
  • Review processed invoices and ensure accurate cost center coding.
  • Process purchase orders; support purchase order tracking and issue resolution.
  • Creation of operating and capital budgets; as well as tracking and reporting against budget
  • Manage work orders assigned to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors through CMMS. Review open and closed work orders and check status with the appropriate technician.
  • Manage vendor performance using established processes and systems. Prepare complex reports for review.
  • Guide the project management process involving internal and external contributors and vendors.
  • Create executive level presentations and provide updates to senior leadership.
  • Delivery of monthly Contract and Business Unit Reviews.
  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
  • Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Understanding existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Salesforce. Examples include MCIM, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills.
Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations .
