This is a unique opportunity to manage all facility maintenance and housekeeping operations. About Us We are a compassionate long-term care provider near Wayne committed to providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department. Directly supervise a team of 3 maintenance personnel Manage all facility maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, and repairs to ensure the building and equipment are safe and operational. Ensure the facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and infection control, in compliance with state and federal regulations. Manage departmental budgets, inventory of supplies, and purchasing decisions. Develop and enforce safety protocols and fire prevention plans. Qualifications & Experience A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience managing maintenance/physical plant in a skilled nursing environment. Black Seal boiler operator certification Proven knowledge of maintenance systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety codes. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to facility maintenance and environmental services in long-term care

A base salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
