The ideal candidate will possess a strong maintenance background in property management or a similar real estate-related position. This role is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community by overseeing all maintenance operations. Experience 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience; prior supervisory or technician experience preferred. Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
