Full-time, Exempt Company Overview Navitas Global LLC converts dairy industry waste streams into ultra low carbon ethanol, high protein animal feed, and surplus purified water. Our Portales biorefinery expected to produce 25 MGPY of advanced ethanol per year. Position Summary The Plant Maintenance Supervisor leads a multi craft team responsible for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across all production and utility assets. The role ensures >95 % equipment availability, drives safety and reliability programs, and manages the site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and verify preventive and predictive maintenance activities for rotating equipment, boilers, utilities, and instrumentation. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues; coordinate emergency repairs to minimize downtime. Enforce LOTO, hot work, confined space, and other critical safety procedures. Manage spare parts inventory and vendor services to meet budget and uptime goals. Coach and develop a crew of technicians; conduct skills matrices, performance reviews, and safety briefings. Maintain accurate CMMS work orders, histories, and KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, maintenance cost/gal). Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or completion of a certified apprenticeship program. 6+ years industrial maintenance experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Proficiency in CMMS software, reading P&IDs, and troubleshooting pumps, valves, motors, and basic PLC I/O. Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and

NFPA 70E.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in ethanol, dairy, food, or chemical processing facilities. Vibration analysis or thermal imaging certification. Lean or TPM background. Working Conditions Plant floor environment; frequent climbing, kneeling, and exposure to heat/cold. Rotating on call schedule for afterhours emergencies.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$26 - $29 p/h (DOE) + overtime eligibility and annual bonus. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401(k) with company match.
