Full Job Description Position Summary:
The General Manager works closely with the staff to assist with the completion of daily dispatch, reconciliation of our customers' work assignments, project management, quality assurance and managing the technicians at job locations.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
The main duty is to be an asset to the team, by taking a vested interest in the operations of the department. This includes effective internal and external communications, technician and vendor-partner relations, as well as effective data administration and organization. The individual in this position will complete a broad variety of tasks, including but not limited to the following as other duties may be assigned: Performs service call intake and work order creation Performs dispatching of technicians Creates job/ project estimates Performs scheduling updates with clients and technicians Collects and reconciles completed project information Completion of department invoicing for completed projects Oversees technician workmanship and job duties & responsibilities Assists and manages human resource related functions for the department Communicates with customers regarding open projects, scheduling, invoicing discrepancies Provides quality assurance oversight for the work being performed by technicians Provides help in coordinating meetings Travels to work order and project sites to provide oversight Possesses exceptional organizational and time-management skills including working with multiple projects simultaneously and completing reports weekly
Position Qualifications:
Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish) Dispatch experience in the service industry preferred Strong perseverance in a fast-paced environment Continued excellence in customer service Positive attitude and excellent problem-solving ability Experience with managing and organizing data Exceptional communication skills Solid working knowledge of computer/mobile programs and software Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze large amounts of data and compile detailed reports Sound independent judgment Attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills Attends and participates in training seminars as required Physical Requirements Bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, and climbing are frequent activities Lifting and carrying of bulky or heavy items may be required

Key Skills:
• Basic math skills; ability to analyze figures; knowledge of accounting principles; excellent verbal/written communication, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizational skills
Required Experience:
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required 1-3 years' experience in an administrative role 1-3 years' experience in a supervisory role preferred
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing various staff members at various job site locations.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
