The position is:

Wednesday 1AM

• 7AM, Thursday
• Saturday 7PM
• 7AM What You Will Do Ensure that safety rules for maintenance activities (such as LOTO procedure) are known and applied by its team Ensure maintenance tasks are done, respecting Maintenance KPIs targets in its perimeter Train and mentor Mechanical Technicians and Electrical Technicians in automated equipment repair Prepare the scheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring communication to the Maintenance team Be responsible for induction of all newcomers in their areas Ensure the organization and scheduling of training actions so that they are aware of all the procedures, tools and standards Ensure that their team is trained to Line QRQC, Maintenance QRQC, Maintenance 5 WHYs, red tags use, and that they understand what they have to do and when Manage daily: absenteeism, holidays, safety rules enforcement, environment risk analysis, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Ensure that standards of reaction are applied with rigor and perform escalation according to standards Follow up main objectives in monthly meetings with his/her team Conduct annual appraisals, as well as salary reviews Ensure enforcement of health, safety, environmental and site rules in its perimeter, and that anybody entering Ensure existence of updated maintenance work instructions for his/her perimeter What You Should Have You preferably have a Bachelor's degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered You have 3+ years of experience in Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company Prior or current experience as a Maintenance Technician in a high-speed automated facility Join us!
