What to Expect We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead equipment reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement initiatives for our high-volume Battery Module production operations. In this leadership role, you will drive world-class maintenance practices that maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), minimize downtime, and support the introduction of new parts, processes, and automated equipment. You will partner closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure safe, reliable, and scalable operations in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
