Job Description

Lusso Motors is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead and grow our service department. This is a leadership role for an individual who can effectively manage technicians, oversee daily service operations, build a strong service team, and provide exceptional customer service.

Duties Manage the daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource allocation to maximize productivity. Lead and motivate a team of service technicians, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and efficient repair procedures. Oversee vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, tire services, transmission repairs, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repairs. Drive upselling opportunities by recommending additional services and maintenance plans that meet customer needs while enhancing dealership revenue. Ensure accurate service writing and auto estimating to provide transparent quotes and detailed repair orders for customers. Maintain excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly, explaining repair procedures clearly, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Handle cash transactions responsibly while managing parts inventory and ensuring the timely completion of all service jobs. Stay current with automotive industry trends and technical advancements to support diagnostics and repair quality. Salary + Commission + Bonuses!
