• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service center, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting our business through exceptional service. • Duties:

• Manage the daily operations of the service center, including scheduling and assigning tasks to service technicians
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, including basic service, mechanical knowledge, and diagnostics of heavy equipment repair
• Supervise service technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Sell products and services to customers, including recommended services and needed repair services to keep their equipment running smoothly
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized service center, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity
• Develop and maintain a positive and respectful work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork

• Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a service manager or in a related role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in vehicle or heavy equipment maintenance and repair
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints
• Experience with diagnostics and repair
• Sales experience and the ability to sell products and services
• Knowledge of repair practices
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of service technicians
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
