Adecco is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all maintenance activities while providing technical and operational support to ensure optimal equipment reliability, productivity, and plant safety. • 90,000 Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all day-to-day maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, equipment changeovers, breakdowns, and safety initiatives.

Oversee and direct maintenance workloads across all three operating shifts. Provide technical and operational support for plant infrastructure maintenance and continuous improvement projects. Collaborate with Production teams on daily and weekly scheduling to maximize plant productivity and equipment uptime. Assist the Maintenance Manager in managing plant electrical systems, electrical grid infrastructure, and PLC programs. Support plant safety initiatives, including ARC Flash program requirements and compliance activities. Ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently, safely, and according to company standards. Lead troubleshooting efforts on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated production systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and operational excellence. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree preferred. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Technical field strongly preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered. Required Experience & Skills 5 to 8 years of maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing. Experience supervising maintenance teams in a fast-paced production environment.

Hands-on experience with:

Allen-Bradley PLCs and related software Hydraulics and pneumatic systems High-speed packaging equipment Conveyor systems Plant-level electrical and power distribution systems Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and maintenance best practices. Excellent mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer, math, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities. Demonstrated strong work ethic and positive leadership approach. Preferred Qualifications Leadership experience within a large, complex manufacturing facility. Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Advanced electrical systems and automation expertise. Work Environment & Schedule Requirements Must be willing to work all shifts with advance notice based on business needs. Flexibility outside of normal business hours is required to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation. Must be available to work at least one Saturday per month. Scheduled time-off requests require advance notice and management approval. Summer months are peak production season and may require extended work schedules.

Pay Details:
