Now Hiring:
Maintenance Director A Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation facility in Chautauqua County is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee facility maintenance operations, safety compliance, and preventative maintenance programs.
Salary:
$60,000-$65,000 annually
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years maintenance management experience Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare experience preferred Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems Experience with preventative maintenance programs and regulatory compliance Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and maintenance staff Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license required Join a team dedicated to providing quality care in a supportive environment.
