Job Description

Part Time Service Manager /
Closing Manager Required:
Ability to lead a seasoned service staff Interest in coaching and training Leadership and organizational abilities Interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving attitude Flexibility Experience in a supervisory role Responsibilities Work with the General Manager and the FOH Management Team to complete administrative duties as needed. Coordinate daily guest service operations. Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best Coach and support new and existing staff Handle guest relations on shift Make sure all employees adhere to restaurants policies and guidelines Daily financial reconciliation Closing responsibilities
