Obtain quotations from Mechanical & Electrical (M & E) contractors and review their job scopes and specifications. Plan preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance works Schedule Contractors' servicing/maintenance works Schedule technicians' routine inspections and maintenance works Handle inter-tenancy fitting out works / reinstatements works Conduct safety briefings for all contractors and technicians Update the
ISO 14000 & 18000
documentations & assist Manager for the audits. In charge of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety matters Review the Risk Assessment & Environment Aspect & Impact Assessment from time to time to ensure a safe and healthy environment Review the Standard Operating Procedures e.g. emergency response procedures Attend to tenants' feedback/requests promptly Update M & E drawings Any other duties assigned by the Building Manager from time to time Requirements Degree/Diploma in Building Services/M&E Engineering or equivalent At least 2 years relevant working experience in managing office building Able to manage and lead a team of in-house maintenance staffs and M&E term contractors Preferably with good practical knowledge in ISO 18000 and 14000 matters Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour At ENGIE, every talent has a role to play in accelerating the energy transition.
