Director of Facilities Maintenance Escape Hospitality is seeking an experienced Director of Facilities Maintenance to lead our maintenance team and oversee the upkeep of our hotel, restaurant, cafe, and surrounding facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can both manage a team and roll up their sleeves alongside them — balancing preventative maintenance planning, team management, and day-to-day problem-solving. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable leading a diverse crew, and equally at home indoors and outdoors across a wide variety of tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Train, schedule, and supervise the facilities maintenance team Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs across all properties Manage relationships with outside vendors and contractors Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment Coordinate maintenance priorities with hotel, restaurant, and events leadership General maintenance and repairs across all facilities

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in facilities maintenance, with supervisory or management experience preferred Strong working knowledge of general building systems Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all seasons Ability to lift 50 lbs. Valid, active driver's license required Strong communication and team leadership skills
