Maintenance Director Lead the Team That Keeps Our Community Running Safely A beautiful community doesn't happen by accident. Behind every comfortable apartment, safe hallway, working elevator, landscaped courtyard, and smiling resident is a Maintenance Director who takes pride in creating an environment people are proud to call home. At Amber Court Assisted Living, we're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, leading by example, and ensuring our residents live in a safe, welcoming community every single day. What You'll Do Lead all maintenance operations throughout the community. Oversee preventative maintenance programs and facility inspections. Ensure compliance with NYS Assisted Living regulations and Life Safety Code requirements. Coordinate vendor services and outside contractors. Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and building systems. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Lead emergency preparedness and building safety initiatives. Supervise maintenance staff and establish department priorities. Help create a beautiful, safe, and comfortable home for our residents. What We're Looking For Previous maintenance leadership experience preferred. Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, facilities management, or property management is a plus. Ability to lead a team while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. Why Amber Court?
