Job Description

•Description•The Team Captain is responsible for all aspects of daily operations within their assigned area including but not limited to Compounding, Maintenance & Reliability, Fill & Assembly and Warehouse. ThesMane responsibilities include ensuring all work is performed in compliance with Safe Work Practices, cGMP, Standard Operating Procedures, company policies and strategy. The Team Captain provides instruction, support, and guidance to help develop the knowledge, skills and abilities of team members. The Team Captain handles multiple priorities in a fast paced environment while and meeting/exceeding department KPI's. Together with department leadership team, provide input on personal performance evaluation, team development and training. Provide results-oriented guidance that drives continuous improvement consistent with the Operations Strategy. Co-ordinate and assign all activities for their designated area of responsibility, ensuring agreed upon goals and objectives are met. Extensive knowledge of department safety procedures, equipment, systems operations, and root cause analysis. Ability to apply knowledge and experience to meet and exceed job requirements. •Qualifications•2 yr+ College / University Minimum 2 years' experience in Manufacturing environment Experience with MS Office, SAP and TML preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English language proficiency. Knowledge of Company procedures, documentation, and QA Standards. Demonstrated personal leadership.
