Repair leaks, patch drywall, paint, and replace or fit locks. Conduct regular inspections to determine areas that need attention and address issues as needed. Oversee both interior and exterior building maintenance. Coordinate with contractors to complete larger renovation projects. Ensure that all make-ready repairs are completed accurately and on schedule. Correct situations within 24 hours when possible. Maintain awareness of the physical condition of the property and immediately address any unsafe conditions. Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests, expenditures, apartment make-ready status, work in progress, etc. Cleaning Duties Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the building and its surroundings. General Duties Be familiar with building blueprints to quickly locate and resolve infrastructure issues. Respond to emergency maintenance calls and be available for weekend shifts.
