We are a growing, customer-focused automotive dealer group seeking an accomplished Service Manager who has a proven record of building elite teams, driving profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do You'll lead every aspect of our service operation, including: Developing and mentoring high-performing advisors, technicians, and support staff Driving customer satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence Increasing labor sales, gross profit, and overall departmental performance Managing technician productivity, efficiency, and retention Creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Monitoring KPIs and making data-driven decisions that improve results Working closely with dealership leadership to execute long-term growth strategies What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who has: 5+ years of successful automotive service management experience A documented history of growing sales, profitability, and CSI Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Experience recruiting and retaining top technician talent Financial acumen with a solid understanding of service department metrics High integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to doing things the right way The ability to inspire people while holding them accountable Manufacturer experience is valued, but proven leadership and results matter most.
