Automotive Service Manager Pay:
$85-$125k Responsibilities include but not limited to: Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them. Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the service department. Maintains reporting systems required by general management and the factory. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs. Prepare cost estimates and obtain customer approvals for work to be completed. Manage repair orders from start to finish and ensure timely completion. Implement a quality control process to eliminate comebacks. Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all service department staff. Monitor and controls the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems, and surveys. Perform road tests as needed. Give a great customer experience so they want to come back to the store again.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record. (Required) Three or more years' supervisory experience in an auto dealership. Advanced understanding of vehicle systems and repair terminology. Excellent communication and organizational skills. ASE certification is a plus. Familiar with Automotive software such as Dealer Track and XTime is a plus. Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Available to weekends when needed What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance.
