Maintenance Coordinator Coastal Ridge Real Estate - 3.2 Columbus, OH Job Details 17 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Driver's License Task prioritization Full Job Description Peak Property Group, a Coastal Ridge company, is seeking a professional Maintenance Coordinator to add to our growing Columbus, Ohio team. As the Maintenance Coordinator, you'll be responsible for organizing and coordinating property maintenance activity and supporting property operations of our Columbus multi-site investment portfolio, consisting of over 100 residential properties in Grandview, Short North, Dublin, German Village, and OSU campus area, totaling over 1,000 units and growing!
Your Responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate property maintenance related activity across the greater Columbus multi-family scattered site portfolio, including general repairs, grounds, preventative maintenance, vacant apartment turnover, emergency maintenance, and special projects. Provide both administrative and hands-on support to the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Team. Support property operations through collaboration and communication with the Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Leasing Team. Drive overall team efficiency, processes, and customer service. Communicate with various stakeholders including the in-house maintenance team, third-party sub-contractors, leasing and operations team, and residents, to discuss scheduled work, trouble shoot issues, deliver high level customer service, and ensure proper project completion. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with prioritizing, scheduling, and assigning work orders to in-house maintenance team and third-party sub-contractors. Review completed work order notes and timesheets to for accuracy, compliance, and proper resolution. Provide quality control to all maintenance related activity to ensure proper completion, communication, and overall satisfaction. Assist with other special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in real estate, property management, multi-family/single family/scattered site housing, construction, service management, hospitality, or retail, preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfort using technology. Must hold a valid driver's license and be insurable under company policy. Access to company vehicle is provided.
