This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong technical ability and clear aspirations to grow into a Site Supervisor position . Position Overview As a Lead Technician, you will play a key role in day-to-day maintenance operations while developing the leadership skills needed for future advancement. You'll work closely with site leadership, help guide maintenance activities, and serve as a technical resource for the team. Schedule & Pay Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM ½ hour unpaid lunch $25.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance issues Assist in coordinating daily maintenance activities Lead by example and support other technicians as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment Prepare for future growth into a Site Supervisor role Certifications EPA Certification is not required to start Must be obtained within the first year of employment BG Staffing will cover the cost of up to two EPA testing attempts Dress Code We promote a professional yet practical work environment: Work shorts ( no denim ) T-shirt (no holes or excessive wear) Tennis shoes or work shoes/boots are acceptable What We're Looking For Proven maintenance or technician experience Strong work ethic and leadership potential Desire to grow into a supervisory role Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented mindset Why BG Staffing?
