Maintenance Supervisor- 3rd Shift

Maintenance Supervisor- Nights Job Description As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated maintenance team, ensuring personnel safety in compliance with OSHA and NFPA regulations. You will be actively involved in team member recruitment, training, and performance assessment. This role requires you to manage technician staff attendance to guarantee adequate production support coverage. You will prioritize and direct maintenance activities for both preventative and emergent work on production equipment, utilizing the CMMS maintenance system to enhance equipment reliability. Responsibilities Lead the maintenance team in all areas of personnel safety with regards to OSHA and NFPA regulations. Participate in recruitment, training, professional development, and performance assessment activities. Manage technician staff time and attendance to ensure proper production support coverage. Prioritize maintenance activities and provide direction to maintenance technicians. Utilize CMMS maintenance system for scheduling preventative maintenance and emergent work. Track machine downtime, delegate tasks, and maintain inventory of spare parts. Assist operations management in achieving P&L goals, safety standards, and performance goals. Collaborate with CI and process engineering on capital and process improvement projects. Oversee facility maintenance, including HVAC and electrical distribution. Interface with vendors and contractors to meet company needs. Essential Skills Experience in supervision and leadership roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity. Proficiency in scheduling and maintenance using CMMS. Understanding of GMP environment and food manufacturing processes. Knowledge in troubleshooting and maintenance in a food manufacturing environment. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Gahanna, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $82000.00/yr. health insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, disability), 401k plans with company matching, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Gahanna,OH.
