No fluff - just solid work, good pay, and a team that respects the trades.$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!!!ResponsibilitiesOperate, start up, shut down, and change over production equipment; troubleshoot breakdowns and identify root causes to prevent repeat downtimeOwn and execute the preventative maintenance schedule across all production and warehouse equipmentWork on electrical systems including VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, potentiometers, e-stops, thermal and magnetic overload protectionTroubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems - regulators, actuators, solenoids, 4-way manifolds, needle valves, and associated hardwareTrack equipment performance data, manage spare parts inventory, and coordinate outside vendors and contractorsInspect and oversee contractor work on-site; support cross-department needs in production, QA, R D, and salesHelp train new line operators and cross-train existing production staff when neededOperate electric tow motors, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts safely and as requiredWhat you need to bring2-4 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, or equivalent combination of schooling and workWorking knowledge of pneumatic, electrical, and steam systems and their componentsExperience with liquid pumps (positive displacement and centrifugal), electric motors, and gearboxesAbility to read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and electrical/pneumatic schematicsFamiliarity with GMP, SSOP, Lock Out/Tag Out, and
