MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
for our residential building in Mason OH area. Knowledgeable and experienced in residential property maintenance, including routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and other duties to maintain the property. As well as HVAC knowledge and prior experience in the areas of management, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical and carpentry. Looking for someone with the quality to multi-task and adapt well in a fast paced environment and have strong leadership skills.
Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities including:
Two (2)+ Years minimum of Apartment Maintenance Experience HVAC certified Inspection of apartment units at move out and directing staff on turnover of vacant units in a timely manner Walk vacant units and ensure that all make-ready units are completed and on schedule Strong leadership skills, organizational skills and team building skills Coordination and completion of work order requests Adhering to a preventative maintenance schedule Regular inspection of buildings and grounds Managing and participating in a rotating on-call schedule During winter months - the coordination and participation in snow removal Purchasing of supplies and inventory control We offer compensation and benefits package including: Competitive salary with experience Medical, Dental and Vision coverage Paid sick and vacation time and Paid company holidays
