Service Manager Diehl Hyundai of Massillon | Massillon, OH Lead Our Service Department to the Next Level! Diehl Hyundai of Massillon is looking for an experienced, motivated Service Manager to lead our growing service department. If you're a proven leader with a passion for customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of a busy automotive service department. Lead, coach, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Drive service sales while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Monitor productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time. Maintain manufacturer standards and dealership policies. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing service team. Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.

Qualifications:

Previous automotive dealership Service Manager experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to increase service department performance. Experience with dealership management software. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
