The Manager of Maintenance Services will work in collaboration with engineering professionals, construction professionals, DC Operations and brand leadership to support both short- and long-term strategies. This incumbent will provide oversight to maintain the facilities infrastructure and related assets. Additionally, this role provides leadership for the Maintenance Technicians. Responsibilities include:
  • Provide an overall strategy and introduce best practices as it relates to maintenance management
  • Responsible for all facilities related activities on all shifts per assigned building
  • Responsible for both routine and non-routine departmental operating procedures and policies as they relate to building, grounds keeping, electrical, HVAC, electronics, material handling and vehicle maintenance
  • Communicate and interact successfully with the Customer daily
  • Secondary cross functional enterprise-wide initiatives and project management as assigned
  • To recommend and /or initiate short term changes to meet long-range goals and objectives
  • Provide required leadership for Maintenance Technicians
  • Identify non-productive situations and seek solutions to problems
  • Analyze job accomplishments and advise key members of the staff on work completed, problem areas and recommend areas for improvement
