In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities across manufacturing and facilities sites. Responsibilities Lead and supervise maintenance teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), low voltage, high voltage systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and control system layouts to diagnose issues accurately. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades, equipment installation, or process improvements with effective project management skills. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations by conducting regular inspections of facilities and equipment. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, asset history, and inventory. Collaborate with leadership to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency through proactive maintenance planning. Qualifications Proven management experience leading maintenance or facilities teams within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience in industrial settings. Expertise in programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage applications. Demonstrated ability to supervise projects from planning through execution while managing budgets and timelines effectively. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a safety-first culture. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing. Strong communication skills in English to coordinate across departments effectively.
