DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee aircraft maintenance visit or modification
- Maintain work schedule and oversight of project coordinators
- Reporting and invoice review
- Spot check of MRO's
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This job has supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Airframe and powerplant license
- Ten years of experience in a heavy maintenance environment on Boeing 767 or equivalent aircraft
- Two years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Self-motivated, competent in problem solving skills and analytical ability
- Ability to use independent judgment, provide/suggest solutions and handle unusual situations in a professional manner
- Excellent working knowledge of all aspects of transport category aircraft maintenance
- Valid state issued driver's license
- Computer skills, specifically in the use of MS office products
- Frequent travel for MRO site visits - monthly
PREFERRED SKILLS
- College degree in Aviation
- Previous maintenance rep or project coordinator experience
- Previous Maintenix program experience This position is offered by the company.
