Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters Operate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to diagnose and modify automated systems for optimal performance Conduct welding repairs and fabrication tasks as needed to restore or enhance equipment functionality Execute residential painting projects for facility upgrades or repairs to maintain a professional appearance Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to accurately diagnose problems and implement solutions Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety standards are met and work is completed efficiently Provide excellent customer service by collaborating with team members and supporting internal clients in maintaining operational excellence Lead or support team efforts in manufacturing environments, ensuring machinery operates smoothly within safety guidelines Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a strong mechanical background Demonstrated electrical experience including troubleshooting circuits, wiring, and control systems using tools like ohmmeters Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) programming, operation, and troubleshooting techniques At least 5 years of experience working in an apartment maintenance Skilled in welding techniques for repair or fabrication purposes Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints for system diagnostics Experience with residential painting projects is a plus for facility upgrades or aesthetic improvements Supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance teams is preferred but not mandatory Strong communication skills.
