Job Description

Maintenance Director (Confidential) - Skilled Nursing Facility We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee plant operations at a skilled nursing facility. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-functioning environment for residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance programs Ensure compliance with Life Safety Code, OSHA, and all state/federal regulations Maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.) Manage work orders and ensure timely completion of repairs Oversee outside vendors and service contracts Maintain emergency preparedness and safety plans Ensure the facility is always survey-ready
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance leadership experience required Long-term care experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of building systems and regulatory compliance Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to emergencies Hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented
